KRYSTAL ECO – COVERING AND SKIMMING FLUX
Krystal Eco is a blend of natural and inorganic based salts and temperature reactive compounds. Krystal Eco is a covering and skimming flux for application in melting and holding furnaces and transport ladles.
The use of flux has an important role in preventing oxidation of the liquid alloy, to eliminate the presence of inclusions and to produce a dry dross which is easy to eliminate from the bath.
Environment friendly, produced with a low cost formulation, it is free from toxic-irritant compounds.
Krystal Eco improves metal cleanliness and does not generate any dust in the environment when treating molten Aluminium alloys.
Not suitable for Al-Mg >5 alloys.
Suitable for use temperatures above 680°C.
