GAS DETECTOR
The presence of hydrogen is an important factor to consider whenever casting an aluminum alloy and a good level of quality prior to casting is desired.
The GAS DETECTOR is a simple device to use; it is mounted on a support and can be moved to different workstations.
The GAS DETECTOR is designed to verify the quantity of gas present in an aluminum alloy samples taken from a liquid metal bath.
Tis sample control allows to intervene with adequate degassing treatment before casting. The method on which the GAS DETECTOR is based is the STRAUBE-PFEIFFER.
