NEWCOTE 2600 – FINE INSULATING DIE DRESSING

Newcote 2600 has excellent insulating characteristics, very high refractoriness and is able to give aluminum castings a brilliant surface finish. Among insulating casting coatings, Newcote 2600 is to be preferred when the maximum degree of brilliance and shiny finish of the castings is required.

The fine texture contributes to give the best finish to aluminium castings. The thermal properties guarantee balanced solidification of the metal. The product has a strong adhesively to assure long service life, when producing difficult shapes castings.

The product is sensitive to frost: store at a temperature above 5°C and close the package after each sample. It is possible that some products containing mineral ingredients may tend to precipitate during storage. This phenomenon is absolutely normal due to the specific density of the minerals themselves. It is important to mix the product thoroughly before use. If stored properly the product lasts more than 12 months.
