METALCOTE 235 – INSULATING COATING
Metalcote 235 is a white coating for the protection of refractory parts. It is also used for coating of mould in centrifuges for bronze and to protect the pouring equipment such as ladle bowls, ladles, immersed tubes, protective sheaths for thermocouples.
Metalcote 235 is an excellent insulator with a very high adhesive and covering power. It resists to the attack of molten metal, of dross and of fluxes.
Having a low coefficient of expansion, it can be used for a wide range of temperatures.
