METALCOTE 250 – DIE AND MECHANISMS LUBRICANT
Metalcote 250 is a special fluid grease based on a very fine dispersion of aluminium and graphite.
Its use avoids metallization of the molds, especially in areas stressed by high temperatures and pressures.
The product is indicated for the lubrication of the molds of die casting machines intended for the production of aluminum castings.
It ensures excellent separation of castings with complicated geometry and gives an excellent, brilliant surface finish. Metalcote 250 is particularly recommended when a high release power is required and when it is necessary to have an optimal surface of the castings.
Apply Metalcote 250, as supplied, with a swab or brush, trying to apply a layer of uniform thickness
