MIX 1 – FOUNDRY COATING MIXER UNIT

The Model Mix 1 coating mixer is an equipment designed to meet the mixing needs of water-based coatings applied by spray on sand molds, by gravity and low pressure.

The coating, after being diluted, is kept under slow agitation by the mixer and is ready for filling the spray guns used by the operators. This tool has a solid structure that guarantees long life and low maintenance. The unit can be supplied with 1 to 4 tanks and with a control panel which can be fixed to the wall near the mixing station. The system is designed and built according to safety standards and has the CE mark.

Versions

The standard model is supplied with a 30 liter steel tank, painted inside/outside; the 60 liter version is also available on request. Stainless steel tank available. Mixing stops and restarts every fifteen minutes in the opposite direction (the PLC, inserted inside the control panel, controls the duration of the cycle). A support pedestal is also available on request.
