Mix 1 – FOUNDRY COATING MIXER UNIT: the equipment has been designed to satisfy the requirements of mixing of water based foundry coatings used in sand, gravity or low pressure mould.

The product, after dilution, is kept under slow stirring and is ready available for the foundry operators to fill the spray guns. The rotation cycle guarantees suspension of the coatings particles in the diluted mixture. The device is built with a solid construction frame to guarantee longer service life and minimum maintenance. Unit can be fitted with 1, 2, 3 or 4 tanks. The system is designed and manufactured according the CE norms.

Option

Standard unit is supplied with 30 Lt steel tank. It can be provided with 60 liters tanks on request. Cycle is programmed to rotate clockwise to stop and restart, every 15 minutes and in the opposite direction. Speed is fix and set at ~ 35 RPM. A frame to hold tanks at 70 cm from the floor level, can be offered, according to the number of tanks required.
