BIG 3 – Injection Unit

Injection unit for treating aluminium alloys in melting-holding furnaces to allow addition of fine powder metal elements or to add crystalline powders to reduce the presence of oxides or unwanted elements such as Mg, Ca, Na.

A gas flow of nitrogen or argon gas or dehumidified air, are used to inject the powders.
