Microcote 6000 is a special powder used in the lubrication of the hot areas in the billets extrusion process. It ensures high quality finish of extruded profiles without leaving residues.

Microcote 6000 resists to elevated thermal stress and chemical aggression, it has a slight positive electrostatic charge to adhere to the substrate. No need of charging with micro-currents before use of the material.
