Newcote 2600 is a very fine insulating dressing, designed for coating die faces of gravity  and low pressure dies (permanent mould) used for aluminium castings. (Al-Silicon and Al-Mg 3-5% alloys). The fine texture contributes to give the best finish to aluminium castings. The thermal properties guarantee balanced solidification of the metal. The product has a strong adhesively  to assure long service life, when producing difficult shapes castings.

Warnings

The product is frost sensitive. Store at temperatures above 5 ° C and close the pails after use. It is possible that during storage some products containing mineral ingredients tend to precipitate. This phenomenon is absolutely normal due to the specific density of the minerals. It is important to mix the product carefully before use. If properly stored the product shelf life exceeds 12 months.
