AlTiB – Alloy Degassing

Aluminium Titanium 5% Boron 1% is a solid metal rod, available in cutted rod or coils, used in aluminium cast-houses foundries or billets casting plants to aid nucleation and grain refining of aluminium alloys.

AlTiB must be added in the liquid aluminium alloys at temperatures ranging from 680 up to 780°C.

The alloy degassing will help distribution of Titanium and Boron which will act as crystallisation nuclei and provide homogeneous metal microstructure.

Sticks: 15 kg cardboard boxes; diameter: 9,5 mm; weight: 100 grams

Coils: 180 kg each one on pallets
