Crystal 2000: covering and drossing-off flux characterized by the absence of toxic and harmful chemicals, complete absence of dust and very low employment rate.

Crystal 2000 overcomes the problems associated with the traditional powder fluxes by making handling and charging easier and safer. Also eliminates losses from furnace emissions. As result, dosage is reduced and foundry environment is cleaner.

Crystal 2000, supplied in granules, is suitable for treating molten aluminium where the metal temperature exceeds 650°C. The product is not recommended for alloys containing more than 3% of Magnesium.

Packaging and storage

25 kg paper bag laminated with polythene, moisture resistant, heat sealed at the base.

Warnings

The product is hygroscopic. Store in a dry storage and close the package after each use. If the product is stored in a dry place away from sunlight, the product does not expire.
