Lubrix 4065 is a new water based emulsion containing lubricants and polymers capable to guarantee exceptionally high release properties and very good cost savings. Castings produced with Lubrix 4065 have smooth and brilliant surface finish. Applied in Aluminium pressure die-casting foundries.

 Strontium 90% Aluminium 10% is a metallic alloy in sealed tubes, to be used in aluminium gravity, low pressure, high pressure and sand foundries, to add strontium in the composition of the alloys in order to obtain a modifying effect. The pre-weighted tubes are added in aluminium liquid alloy to modify the structure of primary silicon and induce the structure to change silicon morphology from lamellar to globular.

 Newcote Al 29 is an insulating product recommended for coating dies of low-pressure and gravity permanent mold. Newcote Al 29 contains highly insulating minerals and is studied to resists thermal shocks and abrasion deterioration during production cycles. Newcote Al 29 is widely used by foundries producing automotive components. Newcote Al 29 is used as base coating on steel dies and prevents molten metal erosion in critical areas. Newcote Al 29, a product offering excellent chemical and physical stability, giving extreme protection from liquid metal attack. Long production cycles are achieved when using Newcote Al 29. The white colour of the coating is an excellent indicator of the surface layer erosion.
